Role Summary:
We’re seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across Tech and Non-
Tech roles for Salescode.ai.
You’ll drive global recruitment across India, LATAM, SEA, and the Middle East, leveraging AI-enabled tools, data
analytics, and sourcing automation to identify, engage, and onboard exceptional talent in a fast-paced startup
environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead hiring for Tech (Developers, PMs, BAs) and Non-Tech (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) roles across global regions. Manage requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closures.
- Sourcing Strategy: Build strong pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and AI-driven sourcing or matching platforms. Maintain an updated talent database for proactive hiring.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured screening interviews, coordinate technical and functional evaluations, and ensure cultural and role fit.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business heads and project managers to define hiring needs, improve job descriptions, and align timelines. Advise on market insights, talent availability, and compensation trends.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a single point of contact for applicants, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive hiring journey.
- Data, AI & Analytics: Utilize AI-based tools (ChatGPT, HireEZ, LinkedIn AI, ATS automations) for outreach, screening, and reporting. Track metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and conversion rates to drive process optimization.
- Global Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews across time zones, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with hiring managers worldwide.
- Employer Branding: Support digital hiring campaigns, campus engagement, and content for social media to strengthen Salescode.ai’s employer brand.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across Tech and Non-Tech roles, ideally within a SaaS or IT product-based organization.
- Great to have exposure to global hiring (LATAM, SEA, Middle East, Europe) and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools, ATS systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Agile, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple roles in a fast-moving startup environment.
