Responsibilities:


  • Create an optimal design flow, taking inputs from the product team’s specifications & guidance metrics.
  • Oversee design and lead the team for all giving the marketing material on time.
  • Focus on the timely delivery of flows working with the Lead Designer and Product Manager
  • Taking the initiative of refreshing the creative visions at suitable intervals across all the digital
  • communication platforms.
  • Navigate through internal dependencies within a design team and some external dependencies on
  • development and product teams (product and dev collab)
  • Mentor Designers within the team
  • Drive for market-relevant design strategies and help to align marketing design initiatives with
  • product design
  • Handle paid and unpaid – media sources Work as the bridge between senior, stakeholders from
  • marketing, sales, and product (Including the CEO) to deliver impactful marketing assets, that help in
  • being new leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team leads and assist the Head of Design with compelling design
  • and brand strategy across products and markets.
  • Lead the Marketing Design Chapter across cross-functional marketing teams, be a mentor and a
  • good coach to your team, and help them thrive and grow as individuals.
  • Be responsible for our design system's overall alignment and scalability and ensure it evolves toward
  • our strategic objectives.
  • Good understanding of product and marketing objectives and the ability to translate the same in all
  • communication channels.


  • Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Understanding of online and offline production.
  • A creative leader who leads the team to drive the project's overall vision.
  • Have 5-8 years of working experience where the person has been frequently involved with team handling
  • Have worked with well-known Design Agencies/Marketing Agencies.
  • Have excellent project management skills. She/he should be a problem solver efficient, organized,
  • and collaborative.
  • Have strong cultural knowledge (pop culture) and should be aware of day-to-day industry trends.
  • Strong presentation, communication, leadership, organizational and time-management skills
  • Start-up/early-stage experience and demonstrate the ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive environment.
  • Brownie points if you have experience in E-commerce/Consumer Electronics/FMCG industry
