SaaS-based B2B Company Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Development

Representative (SDR) to join our SaaS-based B2B company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying

and generating new business opportunities, as well as building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.

• Reach out to potential clients to introduce our products.

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other social selling tools.

• Qualify leads and nurture them with the right processes to a mature stage.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and approaches.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication and follow-up.

• Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads and opportunities.

• Continuously improve sales and product knowledge to better educate potential clients.

• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify new opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.

• Experience using sales tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar. Familiarity with

marketing automation software such as HubSpot or Market.


Desired Candidate Profile:


• Experience with lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM).

• Minimum 2-5 years of proven B2B Sales/ SaaS industry / Business Development. (Preferably in the AI

technology domain).

• Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and business acumen.

• Excellent Time Management and Planning Skills

• A self-starter. A tenacious individual that is not afraid of taking new initiatives and sometimes rejection.

• Passionate about disruptive technologies and eager to learn cool new things.

• Ability to prospect and manage relationships with potential clients, from C-level to senior level within

large Fortune 1000 organizations.

• Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value-added, insightful, and strategic

vision into their business.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the

organization.

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

• MBA/PGDM from a leading institute is preferred.
