Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Growth Marketer at Salescode, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns to acquire new customers alongside other high-impact activities. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to fuel our growth engine and optimize every aspect of our marketing funnel.


● Customer Acquisition: Implement and optimize acquisition strategies across various digital channels, including paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads), content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and more.

● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve website and landing page conversion rates, ensuring a seamless user experience.

● Data Analysis: Continuously analyze performance metrics and customer data to identify growth opportunities, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights.

● Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, relevant content that resonates with our target audience and drives organic growth.

● User Research: Conduct customer research and gather insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.

● Experimentation: Champion a culture of experimentation, exploring new channels, tactics, and strategies to drive growth.

● Cross-Functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align efforts and ensure a unified growth strategy.

● Reporting: Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, outlining key performance metrics and growth initiatives.


Key Skills & Requirements:

● Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

● Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation, A/B testing tools, and others.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● A creative and data-driven mindset
